The K2K Medical Team was in Kenya from June 6th to June 22nd, providing free medical and dental care to an underserved population. Nahirony Sánchez writes, “As a new director, this trip taught me that a team can come together in the blink of an eye, that God is always listening to our prayers and guides us through difficult times, and that it takes a village to make this trip a success. I am very proud of the impact that this team of 47 members (US and Kenyan) accomplished while we were in Kenya. It was not an easy feat to leave early in the morning and return late in the evening, or even at night on some occasions. But they pushed through long days to provide care to as many underserved patients who had waited long hours or traveled great distances to be seen by a K2K provider.”  Click the link to enjoy their newsletter.
